Aude Gandon, our Global Chief Marketing Officer at Nestlé, brings over 20 years of corporate expertise in marketing, advertising, and digital transformation. Leading the company's global marketing strategy and digital transformation, Aude is renowned for her commitment to driving positive societal change through Nestlé's brands and advocating for gender balance and diversity. Suresh Narayanan, the CEO of Nestlé South Asia Region, brings over 30 years of experience in the FMCG industry. Joining Nestlé in 1999, he has held several senior management positions. Mauricio Alarcón is the CEO of Nestlé Central and West Africa Region, overseeing its operations in 25 countries. With a career spanning over two decades at Nestlé, he has held various marketing, sales, and leadership positions in Mexico, Switzerland, Australia, Egypt, Côte d’Ivoire, Nigeria, among others. Mauricio is dedicated to delivering nutritious and affordable products while creating shared value for society and the environment. He champions initiatives supporting local farmers, empowering women and youth, improving access to clean water, and promoting healthier lifestyle. Mauricio also prioritizes diversity and inclusion, fostering a culture of respect and collaboration for the market.

He was in charge of coffee and MILO in Nestlé Oceania from 2011-2013. Before his Philippine appointment, he was CEO of Nestlé Central and West Africa region.
A graduate of the University of Hanover in Germany with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Kais is married with three children.

Corinne Emonet is our Global Head of R&D Innovation Acceleration at Nestlé. Nestlé has the world's largest Research and Development Organization in the food and beverage industry. In R&D, Corinne is driving the Global R&D Accelerator Program, Global start-up collaboration program and the R&D ARENA program which harness the collective creativity of all R&D employees. Additionally, she oversees the Nestlé R&D Regional Centers in North America, Latin America, Sub Saharan Africa, Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Greater China that focus on developing and deploying global science and technology solutions while addressing local consumer needs and engaging with the local innovation ecosystem. With 25 years of experience, Corinne's journey began in the Food Business Unit, Confectionary and Petfood in Switzerland. She has a solid background in various positions in marketing, sales at local and European level. Previously serving as CEO of Nestlé Austria, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Barbara Arimont is our Global Head of Talent at Nestlé, where she leads a team of over 30,000 leaders and supports the growth of 273,000 full-time employees across approximately 180 countries. With more than 21 years of experience at Nestlé, Barbara joined the company in a Finance role before growing into various key positions, including Director of Human Resources in Spain along with Global Talent and Management Development Lead for our Infant Nutrition business. In addition to her tenure at Nestlé, Barbara also brings a wealth of expertise from her previous experience in management consulting.
