Tatsuhiko Fukatani is the CEO of Nestlé Japan, a role he assumed in April 2020.

He began his career at Nestlé Japan in 1996, spending five years in sales in Hiroshima before transitioning to marketing in the Beverage Business Division in 2001.

In 2003, he was appointed Manager of the Cocoa Malt Beverage Division, overseeing Milo and cocoa products. In 2013, he joined the Zone AOA team in Switzerland as an Assistant Regional Manager for two years. Returning to Japan in 2016, he became Head of the Beverage Business Division before stepping into his current leadership role.

Nicole Roos, the CEO of Nestlé East & Southern Africa Region (ESAR), is an exemplary leader who started her career at Nestlé as a Marketing Trainee in South Africa twenty years ago. Nicole has assumed pivotal roles throughout her journey across brand management, product and as a Business Executive Officer (BEO). With a workforce of 3,200 employees, she now oversees operations in 23 countries within the ESAR Region. Aude Gandon, our Global Chief Marketing Officer at Nestlé, brings over 20 years of corporate expertise in marketing, advertising, and digital transformation. Leading the company's global marketing strategy and digital transformation, Aude is renowned for her commitment to driving positive societal change through Nestlé's brands and advocating for gender balance and diversity. She is a passionate advocate for sustainability, actively working towards achieving net-zero emissions by 2050 and promoting nature protection and restoration. Chris Wright, Global Head of IT and Chief Information Officer at Nestlé, has over 28 years of experience in Technology and Data as key enablers of business operations, innovation and more recently, digital transformation. He is respected for the impact his global team has had, optimizing and enabling tech foundations, business processes, business growth and faster, better decision-making. Yasser AbdulMalak, the CEO of Nestlé Middle East and North Africa (MENA), leads operations across 19 countries with 24 factories and over 14,000 employees. With a career spanning over two decades at Nestlé, Yasser has held senior leadership positions in multiple markets, including Nestle's headquarters in Switzerland, Egypt, Turkey, and Ghana - just to name a few.

Suresh Narayanan, the CEO of Nestlé South Asia Region, brings over 30 years of experience in the FMCG industry. Joining Nestlé in 1999, he has held several senior management positions. Suresh is dedicated to creating shared value for consumers, employees, communities, and the environment. Mauricio Alarcón is the CEO of Nestlé Central and West Africa Region, overseeing its operations in 25 countries. With a career spanning over two decades at Nestlé, he has held various marketing, sales, and leadership positions in Mexico, Switzerland, Australia, Egypt, Côte d’Ivoire, Nigeria, among others. Mauricio is dedicated to delivering nutritious and affordable products while creating shared value for society and the environment. Mauricio also prioritizes diversity and inclusion, fostering a culture of respect and collaboration for the market.

Nestlé Philippines, a leading Nestlé market worldwide and one of the country's top corporations, is headed by Kais Marzouki, who assumed the position of Chairman and CEO in July 2018.

He was in charge of coffee and MILO in Nestlé Oceania from 2011-2013. Before his Philippine appointment, he was CEO of Nestlé Central and West Africa region.

A graduate of the University of Hanover in Germany with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Kais is married with three children.

Jordi is a global leader with 30+ years of experience in the FMCG industry, in Marketing, Sales and General Management roles. Jordi has worked in local, regional and global roles, covering the 5 continents.

Since 2020 as Global Head of Sales and Customers, Jordi leads the Sales Function at Nestlé, driving the Group efforts to partner with retailers around the world and to build best-in-industry commercial capabilities. To win with consumers and customers in the new channel-less reality, Nestlé is building the Next Generation of Sales: an agile, future ready, industry leading, data-driven and tech enabled Sales Organisation.

Corinne Emonet is our Global Head of R&D Innovation Acceleration at Nestlé. Nestlé has the world's largest Research and Development Organization in the food and beverage industry. In R&D, Corinne is driving the Global R&D Accelerator Program, Global start-up collaboration program and the R&D ARENA program which harness the collective creativity of all R&D employees. Additionally, she oversees the Nestlé R&D Regional Centers in North America, Latin America, Sub Saharan Africa, Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Greater China that focus on developing and deploying global science and technology solutions while addressing local consumer needs and engaging with the local innovation ecosystem. Barbara Arimont is our Global Head of Talent at Nestlé, where she leads a team of over 30,000 leaders and supports the growth of 273,000 full-time employees across approximately 180 countries. With more than 21 years of experience at Nestlé, Barbara joined the company in a Finance role before growing into various key positions, including Director of Human Resources in Spain along with Global Talent and Management Development Lead for our Infant Nutrition business. In addition to her tenure at Nestlé, Barbara also brings a wealth of expertise from her previous experience in management consulting.
